Massage therapy treatments range from maintaining general health and well-being, relieving muscular tension, addressing acute injuries or managing chronic pain symptoms. It addresses a host of musculoskeletal conditions or simply allows release of stress. A variety of modalities and hands on techniques are used throughout the treatment to address your specific needs.
Safe Hands Massage Treatment
Safe Hands is a unique, trauma-sensitive approach to massage therapy designed to help people experience safe, compassionate, and caring touch. It is directed toward individuals with trauma histories, sensitive needs, and those who require manual therapy but have concerns about how they will be touched. The goal of Safe Hands is to meet your specific and individual needs by providing a physically and emotionally safe environment.
